Overview

A Tampa Builder Founded on Showing Up

Onsite Construction & Restoration started in 2006 with a simple idea about what a Tampa general contractor should be. Founder Jason Fausette had spent years watching homeowners get bounced between subcontractors, salespeople and cleanup crews that never talked to each other, and he was tired of it. He set out to run a company where the person who looks at your project is the same person who stands behind the finished work. That is still how Onsite operates today.

We are veteran owned and a state licensed Florida general contractor, and both of those things shape how we work. The license means we can carry a job from a raw lot or a gutted room all the way to a finished, inspected home. The veteran background means jobs run on a clear plan, a tidy site and straight talk instead of guesswork. Jason served, and he brought that same standard back to the way Onsite treats a build.

Our work falls into two halves that feed each other. On the construction side we build new homes, put on additions and second stories, and remodel kitchens, baths and whole houses for families across Tampa Bay. On the restoration side we rebuild homes that water, fire or a Florida storm tore into, documenting the loss for insurance and putting the house back together room by room. Because we do both, the family adding a bedroom and the family recovering from a flood get the same builder either way.

Why One Company From Start to Finish

A construction project goes sideways in the gaps, the moment one crew finishes and a different company is supposed to pick up. That handoff is where schedules slip, where nobody owns the mistake and where a half done kitchen sits for weeks. Onsite was built to close those gaps. The same team plans the work, runs the site and finishes the details, so there is one company answering for the whole job and one number to call when you have a question.

Why Onsite

The Values Behind Every Onsite Job

Show Up

When we say we will be there, we are there. A job starts on time, the crew is on site working, and you are never left wondering whether anyone is coming back. Showing up is the first promise we make and the easiest one to break, so we guard it.

Communicate

You hear from us before you have to ask. We walk you through the plan, flag the surprises a remodel always turns up, and give you straight answers about cost and timeline. Founder Jason Fausette would rather have the hard conversation early than spring it on you later.

Finish Clean

A project is not done when the work stops. It is done when the trim is tight, the paint is even, the site is swept and the home is something you are proud to walk people through. We hold the last ten percent to the same standard as the first.

One Crew, One Owner

The same Onsite team plans your project, builds it and stands behind it. Nothing gets handed off to a stranger, which is how the work stays consistent from the first day to the final walkthrough.

Questions

Common Questions About Onsite

Who owns and runs Onsite? +
Onsite Construction & Restoration is owned and led by Jason Fausette, a Tampa general contractor and military veteran. Jason is involved in the work, not just the sales call, and the company carries his standard onto every site.
What does Onsite actually build? +
Two kinds of work. New home construction, additions and remodels on the construction side, and full home rebuilds after water, fire, mold and storm damage on the restoration side. The same crew handles both, so you get one builder for whatever the project is.
Is Onsite licensed to work in Florida? +
Yes. Onsite is a state licensed Florida general contractor and veteran owned. That license is what lets us run a job from the ground up and pull it all the way through inspection.
How long has the company been around? +
Onsite was founded in 2006 and has spent the years since building and rebuilding homes across Tampa Bay. Homeowners rate the company 4.7 stars across 92 Google reviews.
What makes this different from a typical contractor? +
The one crew approach. Most projects pass through several companies that never coordinate. With Onsite the team that starts your project is the team that finishes it, so there is one group answering for the whole thing.
Do you charge for an estimate? +
No. Estimates are free. Call (813) 394-8783 or send the form and we will set up a time to look at your project and walk you through what it would take.
