Veteran Owned · Free Estimates · Serving Tampa Bay
When water comes up through the floor instead of down from a pipe, the cleanup is a different animal. Onsite removes the soaked materials, dries the structure all the way down, and rebuilds the floors and lower walls so your home is solid again.
Flood restoration in Tampa usually starts with water that did not come from inside your home. Storm surge pushes the bay and the gulf inland, heavy rain overwhelms drainage, and ground water rises until it finds your slab and your lower walls. That kind of flooding is treated very differently from a burst supply line, because the water carries mud, debris and contaminants from outside, and it soaks into materials from the bottom up.
Onsite is a veteran owned, state licensed Florida general contractor, and we handle flood cleanup as a full rebuild, not a mop up. The water has to come out, the soaked materials have to come out, and the structure has to dry completely before anything new goes back. Skip the drying and you trap moisture in the floor and walls, which leads to warping, odor and mold down the line.
We give every flooded home a free estimate and a plain explanation of what is salvageable and what has to be replaced.
Flood water does not wait. Within hours it wicks up drywall, swells baseboards, lifts laminate and soaks into the subfloor and the bottom plates of your walls. Carpet and pad that sat in dirty ground water are usually a loss. The faster the water comes out and the drying starts, the more of your home you keep.
If your home took on water, call now so we can begin extraction before the damage climbs higher up the wall.
Soaked carpet, pad, swollen baseboard, ruined laminate and waterlogged drywall come out. Anything that sat in outside flood water gets bagged and hauled rather than dried in place, because that water is not clean.
We pull moisture out of the subfloor, the framing and the wall cavities with commercial drying equipment and monitor it until the readings come back to normal. Surface dry is not dry, and we do not stop there.
Most flood damage lives in the bottom two feet, so we replace the lower wall sections, baseboard and flooring. As a full contractor we handle the framing, drywall, trim and finished floor in one go.
We work flooded Tampa Bay homes every storm season and know how surge and rising ground water behave differently than a clean indoor leak. That shapes what we save and what we replace.
